Salerno Antica B&B is approximately 900 meters (about half a mile) from the train station. It is possible to reach us on foot with a pleasant walk down the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. At Piazza Portanova, turn left and take the first alley on the right. Salerno Antica is in the first door on the right. Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor. Alternatively, you can reach Salerno Antica from the train station by taxi in about 5 minutes.

Salerno Antica is 1km (0.6 miles) from both the Masuccio tourist port where ferries leave for the Amalfi Coast, and the maritime station where you can catch boats to the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida.

Yes, Salerno Antica is located in a pedestrian-only zone (ZTL) that is not accessible to cars. If it is necessary to unload your car first, the closest you can get is Via Roma 20 (a 1-min walk from Salerno Antica).

Check-in starts at 2:00 pm. (It is mandatory to present the documents for all guests.) With prior arrangement, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you arrive earlier so that you can start exploring the city freely.

Check-out is expected by 10:00 am. On the day of departure, we can also hold your bags for you to pick up later if you still have more exploring to do.

Breakfast is served in the main room from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. In case of earlier departures, We are happy to pack a breakfast for you to-go. Room service is available upon request.

There is a daily cleaning service every morning between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days and at the end of the stay, at every change of customer. Bed linen is changed every 5 days and at the end of the stay, at every change of customer.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire B&B including the guest rooms and the common areas.

Yes, all rooms at Salerno Antica have both air conditioning and heating.

Yes, all rooms come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

We accept all types of credit cards.

Refundable Rate: To proceed with a booking, a deposit of one or more nights is required, depending on the stay. You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date.

Non-refundable Rate: In case of cancellations, modifications, or no-show, you will be charged the entire amount of the stay.

The tourist tax in the city of Salerno is €1.50 per guest/per night from October 1 to January 31 and €1 per guest/per night from February 1 to September 30. Children under the age of 11 are exempt.

Out of respect for all guests, smoking is expressly prohibited inside all rooms, all commons areas, and anywhere inside the building.
